Indiana Fever point guard and sharpshooter Caitlin Clark is fully healthy entering her third season in the WNBA. On Saturday afternoon, Clark and the Fever will tip off the 2026 campaign against Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings.
While she’ll be gunning for her first WNBA title on the floor, she’s also got big things planned off the court in 2026, including the release of her debut signature sneaker with Nike. Clark appeared on the popular New Heights podcast in 2025 and shared some exciting details about her upcoming sneakers.
“I’m pretty picky about what I wear,” Clark told Travis and Jason Kelce, the hosts of the podcast. “I like a certain two Kobe models. So, I knew whatever I was going to put in my own share, it needed to be the equivalent of that technology or even better, and it’s going to be even better.”
According to House of Heat, Clark has even stated that her shoes will feature never-before-utilized technology.
“The technology we’re putting into my shoe isn’t anything Nike has ever put into a basketball shoe before,” she said.
From her appearance on New Heights, as well as what she’s said elsewhere, expect Clark’s shoes to be lowtops featuring state-of-the-art technology in both the heels and the forefoot.
According to Sports Illustrated, the kicks are expected to release on September 29, with a reported retail price of $140 for adult sizes.
