Formula One driver Fernando Alonso is one of the top stars in his sport, and it looks like he may now be dating one of the top superstar celebrities in the entire world as a recent rumor has linked him to pop sensation Taylor Swift.
Taylor Swift recently broke up with her longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn earlier this month, and according to the celebrity gossip Instagram account DeuxMoi, Swift is back in the dating scene with Fernando Alonso.
“A couple of Spanish magazines have been posting about TS and Spanish F1 driver Fernando Alonso,” an anonymous email shared by DeuxMoi read. “According to them, the couple has been seeing each other for a week now. Nothing serious tho since they are both recently single.”
DeuxMoi does note that there is a chance this is simply an unverified rumor as the account says “some statements made on this account have not been independently confirmed” and “this account does not claim information published is based in fact.”
But that’s probably not going to stop the rumors from flooding the internet anyway.
Time will tell if Swift and Alonso are actually dating or if this is simply some Internet gossip with no substance to it.
