Kansas City Chiefs superstar Travis Kelce is still mulling over his retirement, but his focus is not solely on his playing career. Kelce is engaged to global pop sensation Taylor Swift, and the pair are set to be married later this year.
Now, an insanely important decision has reportedly been made in regard to the upcoming wedding.
On Friday, The Graham Norton Show’s official Twitter account tweeted: “So exciting that @taylorswift13 has a date for her wedding now!”
According to Page Six, the date is set for Saturday, June 13, 2026, and will be held at Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island.
Another bride reportedly had the venue booked for the same day, and Swift had to make a substantial financial offer to get her to change her date.
“The venue called her and said someone is willing to buy you out of your date. She said, ‘No, I don’t want to switch my date.’ They called her back and said that [the couple] are willing to pay for their whole wedding and honeymoon to have this date,” the report stated.
“So they said yes. They think it might be Taylor Swift. June 13 is the only 13th that falls on a Saturday, and it’s near Taylor’s house in Rhode Island. 13 is Taylor’s lucky number.”
It’ll be interesting to see which celebrities attend what ius sure to be the biggest wedding of the year.
