It’s no secret that former United States President Donald Trump is quite a polarizing figure in the world, with everyone seemingly having a strong opinion about the nation’s 45th president whether it’s positive or negative. And it sounds like Trump was the reason why Philadelphia Eagles star quarterback Jalen Hurts left his sports agency.
According to a recent report from sports personality Skip Bayless, Jalen Hurts and his agent Nicole Lynn left Lil Wayne’s Young Money APAA Sports Agency after Lil Wayne posted a photo with Donald Trump on social media.
The move came after Lil Wayne met with Trump in 2020 to discuss his $500 billion package to “uplift black communities.” Following the meeting, Lil Wayne posted a photo on social media next to Trump.
“Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done,” Lil Wayne said in a tweet.
Apparently, Hurts did not like it. Bayless said that photo had “something” to do with why Hurts and Lynn left Young Money.
While Bayless is not necessarily a reporter, he is close friends with Lil Wayne. So it makes sense that he would have this information.
