Von Miller may be set to rejoin an elite defense in Western New York. The Buffalo Bills’ star pass-rusher is expected to be with the team when they travel to London this weekend. On Sunday, the Bills play the Jacksonville Jaguars overseas, and reinforcements might be coming.
According to reports that emerged on Thursday, the two-time Super Bowl champion had no issues practicing this week. As a result, Miller will reunite with the Bills for their journey to London, England.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network posted, “Sources: Bills star pass-rusher Von Miller is making the trip to London with his teammates, and his first two practices back gave him no issues. This gives him a chance to play against the Jaguars.”
The Bills are flying high after a superb performance against AFC East rival Miami. Buffalo toppled the Dolphins 48-20 in Buffalo to take a commanding lead in the division. Without Miller, the Bills defense hasn’t suffered. They rank second in the league in scoring defense (13.8 points allowed per game). The Bills have also allowed the sixth-fewest yards per game (288.0). So it’s safe to say that Miller will join an already elite unit and could make them even fiercer.
The Bills are hoping to capture their first Super Bowl this season. After last week’s performance, they look as good as anybody to do it especially if they get Von back for the rest of the way.
It will be Miller Time in London, it sounds. the NFL world reacted to the status update of one of the NFL’s best pass-rushers ever.
