As the Miami Dolphins begin their mandatory minicamp this week, star wide receiver Tyreek Hill is in attendance, but he’s not participating in any drills, leading to some concern from Dolphins fans. But according to head coach Mike McDaniel, it’s nothing to worry about.
During his press conference on Wednesday, Mike McDaniel revealed that Tyreek Hill is dealing with “some minor stuff.” Although he didn’t go into details about the nature of the extent of the injury, he made it clear that he is not worried about his long-term health.
“Tyreek is probably the least I’m worried about being physically able to perform his tasks,” McDaniel said according to Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald. “And I will say he’s been executing his assignments and walkthroughs. He is putting his best foot forward. He’s night and day ahead of where he was last year in regards to the offense.”
It does not sound like it’s a very concerning injury for the Dolphins star, but that didn’t stop people from talking about it on Twitter.

Minor injury? There’s a different between hurt and injured. Sounds like an effort issue.

Tyreek Hill is special. McDaniel is wise to take care of him. You can't win anything in June.

We’ll have to see when Hill is able to return to the field, but it’s safe to say the Dolphins won’t push him too hard.
