Ever since Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce began dating global pop sensation Taylor Swift, the pop star has been showing up at Chiefs games to support her new love interest. And based on how well he does with her in attendance and how poorly he does when she’s not, it sounds like the Chiefs should want Swift at every game – though that’s not going to happen.

As Michael Raeford pointed out on Twitter, CBS showed a graphic comparing the stats from Travis Kelce when Taylor Swift is in attendance to when she’s not. And the stats certainly indicate that Kelce is better when Swift is at the game.

“Can’t believe CBS just put up Travis Kelce’s stats with and without Taylor Swift in attendance. Have to figure out if Taylor will be attending next week’s game before I roster Kelce! Geez!” Raeford said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

As the Grphic shows, Kelce averages 108 yards per game with Taylor Swift in attendance but just 46.5 yards per game without her at the game.

If this trend continues, this is pretty horrible news for Kelce because Swift will almost certainly be unable to attend any more games in the rest of the season since she is set to begin her international tour. And the social media world had a lot to say about this horrible turn of events.

We’ll have to see if Kelce can once again find out how to be successful without Swift in the stands.
