Global Pop sensation Taylor Swift is engaged to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, who is in the middle of what may very well be his last season in the NFL. Kelce and the Chiefs faced off against the New York Giants and a nationally televised game in their third game of the season.
The Chiefs went on to win the game, but cameras noted a concerning exchange involving Kelce in which he shouted at his head coach, Andy Reid. Now, Kelce is addressing things.
“I love that guy, man. There’s nothing outside of this building that’s going to make me feel any different way,” Kelce said, according to The Athletic. “And we know exactly each other’s intentions.
I think what coach Reid does best is he challenges guys to be at their best, and I love that about him. It definitely helped me take my game to another level.”
Reid also addressed the exchange.
“He wants to make sure he gets that point across to the guys, and so he does that,” the head coach said. “I’m OK with that part. He knows also, like the coaches know, where we can go with this, too, and the growth we can have here, and we need to take care of business in that area.”
It’ll be interesting to see if Kelce cleans up his act from here on out.
