Kansas City Chiefs fans are in disarray as the Chiefs have lost three games in a row, stretching back to Super Bowl LIX, as Sunday’s loss, a rematch of the aforementioned Super Bowl, left Kansas City at 0-2 to begin the 2025 season.
However, the greater United States is in disarray as well. There have been politically charged assassination attempts against United States President Donald Trump and political commentator Charlie Kirk, with the latter even being successful.
Now, one member of the Chiefs community is taking extra precautions. Global pop sensation Taylor Swift, the fiancée of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, was allegedly seen entering the Chiefs game against the Eagles behind the protection of what many are speculating was a bulletproof shield.
Fans reacted to Swift’s move on social media.
“That’s sad if you need stuff like this, so people don’t get killed by some psycho. Jesus,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“SHE AINT A TARGET. The right are the targets. There has never been or is any right wing violence against democrats. What a loser,” someone else added.
“Baby girl, no one is going to shoot you for being a leftist cat lady who tried to convinced based, trad conservative fans to vote for Kamala Harris. You have nothing of importance to say unlike Charlie Kirk. Don’t get overexcited,” another person added.
Hopefully, Swift continues doing whatever she must to stay safe.
