The New England Patriots recorded the first signature win of the Drake Maye and Mike Vrabel era on Sunday when they defeated the Buffalo Bills in a nationally televised game on Sunday night.
Unfortunately, things are taking a dark turn for one of thier stars. Stefon Diggs, who had his best showing of the season on Sunday against his former team, has been named in some disturbing allegations.
According to US Weekly, Diggs has been sued by his ex-girlfriend Mulan Hernandez for an alleged assault and attempt to silence her. Hernandez alleges that Diggs punched her in the back of the head with a closed fist on On June 7, 2024, and that she was diagnosed with a concussion the day of the incident.
People reacted to the allegations on social media.
“Man Diggs you gotta get back to the football everyday it’s sum,” one person wrote on Twitter.
“damn he just had a good game. every 2 weeks it’s something dawg,” another person added.
“While some are busy building their empire, others are focused on lawsuits and drama. About time he gets investigated. His name gets mentioned with being an abuser wait too much,” one person added.
It’ll be interesting to see how the situation unfolds and if the allegations lead to a suspension or any other further punishment from the league.
