The New York Giants are back in the NFL Playoffs!

After a six-year drought, the Giants earned a berth in the postseason on Sunday in a dominant win over the Indianapolis Colts. New York beat the Colts down 38-10, as it was never competitive in East Rutherford at all.

Over the last six seasons, the Giants have been riddled with bad play and embarrassment. The four-time Super Bowl Champions skidded to a record of 22-59 between 2017-2021. But after a 7-2 start, the team built up enough breathing room to still clinch late. Clinch they did on Sunday, as the Giants now have a chance to get their fifth Super Bowl Championship.

The Giants made it clear where their status stood after the victory. “WE. ARE. IN.” the team tweeted.

It didn’t take long for the Giants or their fans to celebrate. Or in one particular case, mock the experts who predicted failure and ineptitude for them this season.

The team tweeted out a handy graph that showed where their preseason predictions stood. Cheeky work.

The team also tweeted a hilarious Mean Girls meme. Hey, the movie WAS set in New Jersey!

Reactions didn’t stop there. Former Giants All-Pro and beloved pass-rusher Justin Tuck simply tweeted, “Playoffs baby” and had hundreds of Giants fans in his replies, all in jubliation.

AEW wrestler and New York native Eddie Kingston tweeted, “Hahahahaha the Giants are in the playoffs hahahaha this is crazy to me.”

Andrew, a writer for GiantsCountry on FanNation, exclaimed to the world, “THE NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS ARE GOING TO THE PLAYOFS!!!!!!”

Giants fan Carly Mersky wrote, “It’s been a LONG six years. We’re finally back. PLAYOFFS BABY” accompanied with a celebratory video.
