Former Super Bowl champion wide receiver Antonio Brown has been out of the NFL since his controversial exit from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back in 2021. The four-time NFL All-Pro isn’t ruling out a return to the league, but he might have a hard time finding a team to sign him.
In a recent interview with TMZ Sports, Brown was asked if he would still like to play in the league. Brown did not deny that he’s yearning for a return and seemed to express interest in joining one particular team, asking Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones to call him.
“Tell Jerry Jones to call me,” Brown said. “Maybe. If he wants this dance. If he wants this production.”
The Cowboys owner recently responded to Brown’s comments. And unfortunately for the retired receiver, it sounds like Jones has no interest in signing Brown.
If Brown is going to make a return to the NFL, it sounds like it’s going to have to be with another team. In the meantime, Brown will just have to make the most of his new hip-hop career.
