The Green Bay Packers have looked like one of the best teams in the NFL through the first two weeks of the season. The Packers showed the NFL how serious they were about making a Super Bowl run with their acquisition of Micah Parsons via a trade with the Dallas Cowboys just before the season began, and they’ve backed it up with their play on the field.

Unfortunately, things may get a lot harder for Green Bay in the short term, as one of the key members of their offense has sustained a knee injury in practice, according to one prominent league insider.

#Packers TE Tucker Kraft, who had his breakout game against the #Commanders with 124 yards and a TD, suffered a left knee injury in today’s practice, per The Insiders. Kraft will have it fully evaluated, but the belief is it’s not a long-term issue,” reported NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport on Thursday.

Fans reacted to the brutal development on social media.

“Of course he did. I bench him and he goes off. I start him and now he’s injured,” one fantasy football player wrote on Twitter.

“Well that’s not good news for the Packers leading receiver Big question will be what ligament was injured but being THIS late in the week his status for the next game is very questionable at this point,” someone else added.

“Whats up with packers getting injured in practice? First bahktiari and now this,” another fan added.

It’ll be interesting to see how this situation unfolds.
