Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie, welcomed their third child on Friday, a girl: Bennett Llewellyn Kelce.
“Yesterday little lady #3 joined us,” Jason and Kylie wrote on Instagram.
At 8 lbs and 5 oz., the baby girl will one day get to hear the story of the time that she almost was a Super Bowl LVII baby.
Literally.
You see, Kylie had her OB-GYN in attendance at the big game as the Eagles faced the now-crowned Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. Just in case she had to be rushed to the hospital.
It truly could have been ‘The Kelce Bowl,’ as a lot of people dubbed the big game.
Jason was on one side of the ball as his brother, Travis, took over tight-end responsibilities for the Chiefs. It ended up being a family affair that included the brothers’ mom, Donna as well who became a prominent fixture in the coverage leading up to the Super Bowl.
What a moment for her. She, of course, was rooting for the offense, and at the end of it all, the Kelce brothers went on to their podcast, “New Heights” to detail the emotions they felt during, and after, the game. All with Donna in the middle of it all. They couldn’t be more proud.
This is Jason and Kylie’s third daughter.
