Nebraska head basketball coach Fred Hoiberg looked awful during Wednesday night’s Big Ten Tournament game against Indiana, and reportedly felt sick earlier in the day.
It's impossibly dumb to speculate like this, but the BTN broadcast pointed out that Fred Hoiberg is coaching tonight despite being sick. pic.twitter.com/dTLKaJMGPm

Hoiberg left Bankers Life Fieldhouse with several minutes remaining in the game (which Indiana won 89-64), and was taken to a local Indianapolis hospital. And NBC Sports’ Rob Dauster reported that there’s “concern that the Nebraska team is going to have to be quarantined.”
Chris Basnett of the Lincoln Journal Star later reported that the Nebraska players were indeed being quarantined in the locker room.
Basnett added that the Indiana players left the arena.
Earlier on Wednesday, the NCAA announced that the NCAA Tournament will be played without fans in attendance (many conference tournaments are doing the same), and the NBA suspended their season following Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert testing positive for coronavirus.
Update: The Nebraska team has left the arena, according to Andy Katz.
Update II: Fred Hoiberg has been released from the hospital, and was diagnosed with the common cold, influenza A. He claims that he had been cleared to coach Wednesday night’s game.
