I hope every person has a similar passion for something that Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has for toilets.
While speaking with reporters at the site of the new Intuit Dome, Ballmer praised the number of toilets that will encompass the new arena. Let’s be honest here, Ballmer isn’t that thrilled about toilets. Instead, Ballmer is hyped that having so many toilets will improve the fan experience as fans are less likely to wait in line for the restroom and miss any of the action.
Ballmer screamed, “TOILETS! 1,160 toilets and urinals! Three times the NBA average! … We do not want people waiting in line. We want them to get back to their **** seats at the end of the half, before the game.”
I’m not sure anyone has ever said the word “toilets” with that much enthusiasm in history. Even plumbers aren’t that excited.
Many reacted to Ballmer’s enthusiasm for toilets.
I wish every owner has this type of energy https://t.co/EzFTkJs0Bl

It’s easy to have some fun at Ballmer’s expense, but it’s great to see a team owner be this passionate about improving the fan experience. If Ballmer is this excited about toilets, that’s a good sign that things like the food and beer line will be improved. That can only be for the best.
The Intuit Dome is scheduled to open in 2024.
