Luka Dončić has a history of putting the Dallas Mavericks on his back in big games and he is doing just that in Game 7 against the Phoenix Suns.
The star point guard is taking it to the top seed in the Western Conference and did so in a way that is seldom seen out of anyone. Dončić scored 27 points in the first half as the Mavs went into halftime with a 30 point lead. The massive lead wasn’t the most impressive feat, it was that Dončić alone tied the Suns 27-27 in the first half.
In a mix of Dončić playing well and the Suns playing horribly, the Mavericks are well on their way advancing to the next round in the NBA playoffs.
Many in the NBA and sports world noticed Luka’s effort and are in awe.
