during game one of the American League Divison Series at Progressive Field on October 6, 2016 in Cleveland, Ohio.

It’s mid-October with only four MLB teams still alive as the the two Championship Series are about to get started, and we’re still getting wacky baseball injuries.

Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Trevor Bauer will not start Game 2 of the ALCS against the Toronto Blue Jays… because he lacerated his right pinky finger while repairing his drone, and needed stitches. Yep, for real:

The good news is that the Bauer should be able to return from the drone-related injury to start Game 3 of the series:

While it’s disappointing for the Indians to have Bauer (4.26 ERA, 3.99 FIP in 190 innings this season) pushed back a game, manager Terry Francona had a great sense of humor about it in a press conference Friday:

The ALCS gets underway tonight as the Indians take on the Blue Jays at 8 PM ET at Progressive Field.
