Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Dustin May was drilled by a 91..5-mph Jake Lamb line drive in the face during Sunday’s game against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field. It was a very scary moment, but May was at least able to walk off under his own power.

May, 21, is one of the most exciting pitching prospects in baseball. The rookie right-hander had a 2.30 ERA in Triple-A before getting called up to the bigs in early August, and has a 5.11 ERA — which is a bit unlucky considering his 3.55 FIP — so far in the majors. Hopefully he’ll be okay after this terrifying incident.
