Former president Donald Trump is a man who loves the game of golf.
As an owner of several golf courses, Trump is routinely seen playing the sport alongside the rich and famous.
South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham is one of those people, and the Senator routinely posts about playing alongside Trump.
Here is one example:
Georgia Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor-Greene, however, is no fan of Graham. She recently appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room show and blasted Graham while defending Trump for playing golf with him.
“Open border America and wars all over the world, that’s Lindsey Graham and he’ll spend all your money to do it,” Taylor-Greene said. “And the other thing is he never stands in the way of the radical Democrat agenda — the communist agenda for America. Never stops it. In fact, he stands there, smiles at you, tells you some garbage on TV and pretends like he’s tough, and goes down and plays golf with my favorite president.”
She invoked The Godfather while defending Trump’s choice of golf partners.
“I want to defend President Trump here for a minute, he’s a lot smarter than people give him credit [for]. So sometimes you keep your biggest enemies, or should we say America’s biggest traitors close by.”
Trump is currently seeking the 2024 Republican nomination for president.
