Former United States President Donald Trump faces a ton of controversy as he faces both 91 felony counts in four jurisdictions across the country and a $250 million civil lawsuit spearheaded by New York Attorney General Letitia James. Despite this, he spent his Labor Day on the golf course.

Letitia James is suing Trump over allegations that he inflated or undervalued the value of a number of assets for financial perks between 2011 and 2021.

Trial attorney Michael Popok recently spoke about Trump on the MeidasTouch Network podcast, where he detailed that Trump may have changed the valuation to a number of golf courses.

“If you go through all these ‘trophy properties’—Mar-a-Lago, Bedminster golf course, 40 Wall Street, Trump Tower, the apartment Trump Tower—there is value, there is a number that can be established, there is a size and square footage of it,” said Popok via Newsweek.

“And Trump lied about it on his financial statements, he lied about having independent appraisals and we don’t have to even go to a jury on it, there’s no dispute,” Popok added.

There is clearly a lot going on regarding Trump’s legal proceedings, but it seems like he took his Labor Day weekend to go and work on his golf game.

Michael Solakiewicz, a political content creator, posted a picture on Instagram that showed Trump at his golf course, Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, on Monday afternoon.

To be fair to Trump, there are plenty of people around the country probably golfing during the national holiday. But given all that he has going on at the moment, it isn’t particularly the best look…
