Former United States President Donald Trump is an avid golfer. He took nearly 300 trips to the golf course during his time in office as president, owns several golf courses around the globe and is a key supporter of the Saudi-backed LIV Golf circuit. Given his connection to the sport, he’s obviously made a few friends in the industry. And apparently, that includes golf superstar Bryson Dechambeau.
This week, a photo circulated around social media showing Donald Trump and LIV Golf star Bryson Dechambeau apparently playing golf together down in Florida.
Bryson DeChambeau and President Donald Trump hanging out on the golf course. Very casual,” the account LIV Golf Nation said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.
Obviously, this meetup and photo led to a lot of reactions on social media as people had a lot to say about the golf outing between Trump and Dechambeau.

This comes after Trump got some pretty disappointing news that the 2024 LIV Golf schedule did not include any events at his courses even though LIV has made use of his properties several times throughout its two-year existence. But even if LIV isn’t partnering with Trump this year, it’s clear that the former president still has a good relationship with some of the athletes.
