Everyone has driven over a pothole multiple times in their motoring lives, and many of us have complained to the relevant authorities about them, only to see absolutely nothing done about them. A crew from the CBC in Canada was investigating the pothole in Newfoundland and what a shock, their car hit a pothole and got a flat tire.

Putting aside the obvious question, “was there really nothing else going on in Newfoundland on that day so a top story was investigating potholes?”, are you really surprised this happened? At some point, if you complain about something enough, it will probably come back and bite you in the future, and these potholes sure took some names.

Another question you might have right now is how a pothole could do that kind of damage to tires and not have it secretly be some sort of animal hiding in the pavement chewing rubber, but hey, this is how it goes in Newfoundland apparently. The people might be nice, but the potholes take no prisoners, even the TV crews covering said potholes.

If this is what potholes do in Canada, I’m terrified to find out what they’re going to do in New Jersey where there are literally millions of them.
