United States President Donald Trump shared a photo of himself standing alongside disgraced entertainment mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs on Wednesday, after previously speaking highly of Diddy.
On Wednesday morning, Trump shared a video on Truth Social titled “A timeline of Trump’s bigotry,” sharing several photos of him next to influential Black people. The second person shown in the video was Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Diddy, of course, was convicted on July 2, 2025, of two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution and was sentenced to four years and two months in prison, a $500,000 fine, and five years of supervised release following numerous sexual misconduct allegations.
Trump has previously revealed that he had a good relationship with Diddy, calling him “a good friend of mine” and “a good guy” during an episode of Celebrity Apprentice
“I love Diddy. You know, he’s a good friend of mine. He’s a good guy,” Trump said at the time, in a video shared by Entertainment Tonight. “I think he’s a good guy. I’m gonna stick up for him.”
During Diddy’s trial, Trump was asked about the possibility of pardoning Diddy if he were convicted of his crimes.
“He used to really like me a lot. I would certainly look at the facts. If I think someone was mistreated, whether they like me or don’t like me, it wouldn’t have any impact,” Trump said.
Trump revealed that Diddy sent him a letter asking him to issue a presidential pardon for his crimes. Trump said that he had no plans to execute the pardon.
“I have a lot of people who have asked me for pardons,” Trump said. “I haven’t seen him, I haven’t spoken to him in years.”
It’s not clear why Trump is now sharing photos of himself and the disgraced entertainment mogul together if they no longer have a relationship.
