The Ohio State Buckeyes have had incredible success recruiting elite high school receivers since Brian Hartline took over as the team’s wide receivers coach, and it looks like they’ve done it again with yet another five-star wide receiver.
On Tuesday night, five-star wide receiver prospect Mylan Graham out of New Haven, Indiana announced his commitment to Brian Hartline and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
“Buckeye Nation I’m home,” Graham said in a tweet on Tuesday night.
This is a major pickup for the Buckeyes as Graham is rated as the No. 5 overall wide receiver in the 2024 high school recruiting class and the No. 27 overall player. This is the second five-star receiver Ohio State has landed in the 2024 recruiting class as he joins fellow Ohio State commit Jeremiah Smith, who is the No. 1 overall receiver and No. 2 overall player in the country.
The college football world had plenty to say about the big news.
Graham is a special talent, and he’s the latest in a long line of elite high school receivers choosing to attend Ohio State.
Since 2019, Ohio State has landed 16 different top-100 prospects at wide receiver – seven of which were also top-50 players. They’ve landed a five-star receiver five times during that span, secured the top receiver in the class three times, and brought in nine different players ranked among the top-five receivers in their respective classes.
