Early in the game between the Florida State Seminoles and the Syracuse Orange, Florida State wide receiver Keon Coleman made an absolutely insane catch that might go down as one of the best catches of the entire college football season.
On first down on the Seminoles’ first drive of the game, Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis dropped back to pass and threw deep to the middle of the field. At first, it looked like the ball was too high and was going to fly well over the head of the intended wide receiver, Keon Coleman. But Coleman had other plans.
Even though the ball was high, Coleman soared into the air and pulled it down with just one hand despite contact from the defensive back who was trying to break up the catch.
It was an absolutely insane catch from the Florida State star, and it had the college football world buzzing as the clip went viral across social media.
Unfortunately for Florida State, the catch proved to be largely in vain as the team fumbled and gave the ball away to Syracuse immediately following the incredible grab. But it will still go down as one of the best catches of the college football season.
