Josh Kelly, who put together an impressive first season in Pullman, will enter the NCAA transfer portal for the second consecutive offseason.

Kelly, who previously played for Washington State, will don a different uniform in the 2024 season if he gets his wishes.

The news of Kelly’s reported transfer from Wazzu came from 247Sports’ Chris Hummer.

The transfer portal has been seriously active on Thursday and it figures to heat up even more as time goes on.
