As many know, Deion Sanders will be unable to attend his first Pac-12 conference media days. The Colorado Buffaloes’ head coach will instead have his second surgery in the past month to treat blood clots.
Despite that, however, Sanders seems to be optimistic about his surgery and tweeted out words of positivity.
Pray, Trust God, Relax & Believe! #CoachPrime
Thursday Sanders tweeted out this prayer also ahead of his surgery.
“Pray because it’s the way we maintain a relationship with the Lord & not just because u want or need something. I’m praying today for all of us & any of us just because. Lord open our eyes & ears so that we can see what we need to see & hear what we need to hear then hopefully we can be whom you’ve called us to be.” #CoachPrime
According to reports, the second surgery went well and hopefully, Sanders will be on the sidelines in time for the Buffaloes’ first game against TCU.
Fans across the country wished Sanders well on his upcoming surgery and his recovery.
One of the things people liked about Sanders is his positivity and despite the issues he has had regarding his health, he still has a positive outlook no matter what. But this has been Prime through and through, so it’s not surprising in the least. Wishing well for Deion in his treatment and procedure.
