Michigan basketball star Hunter Dickinson certainly doesn’t hold back when it comes to describing his Big Ten rivals.
During an appearance on the RoundBall Podcast, Dickinson let it be known that he does not think very highly of the Wisconsin Badgers.
“Wisconsin, I mean they’re just… they’re just… they’re scumbags. It is what it is. I’m sorry, they’re just scumbags,” Dickinson said.
He also made it clear that he knows that Wisconsin players have similar feelings about him and his team.
“The feeling could not be any more mutual,” he said.

Even the Michigan and Wisconsin coaches don’t like one another, as Wolverines head coach Juwan Howard and Badgers head coach Greg Gard got into an altercation that eventually turned into a brawl last year.
It should be pretty interesting when the two Big Ten teams meet next month. They’ll play twice, with Michigan at Wisconsin on Valentine’s Day and the Badgers visiting Ann Arbor in late February.
Dickinson is clearly pretty comfortable sharing his honest feelings with the Roundball folks.
During an appearance on their podcast in November, Dickinson had a lot to say about the Indiana Hoosiers and their campus. Specifically, while he has met “a lot of normal people in Ann Arbor,” he found “a lot of weirdos in Bloomington.”
