Simone Biles and Team USA Gymnastics just stole the show in Paris! Biles, Suni Lee, and the rest of the stars of the team pulled off an incredible performance on Tuesday evening at the 2024 Olympics.
Biles, Lee, and Team USA took home the gold after a prolific team competition performance.
“BACK ON TOP,” Team USA Gymnastics’ X account posted to fanfare.
Biles, Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Hezly Rivera etched their names into history. According to NBC News, their gold medal is the fourth gold medal in Team USA history in the event.
Meanwhile, Biles made history herself. She’s now the most decorated gymnast in American Olympics history. She earned her eighth medal in competition, which passes Shannon Miller of the famed “Magnificent Seven.”
It was quite the day for Team USA, and everybody wanted to celebrate.
