FIFA 22 has finally hit the shelves recently and it’s time for the spate of promotions, events and special cards that come with it. In this handy guide, we’ve managed to assemble all of the confirmed – and leaked – dates for most of the Ultimate Teams events, including Team of the Season, Ones to Watch, Team of the Year, Futmas, Ratings Refresh and tonnes more.

FIFA 22 promos are sought after by pretty much every single FUT player, and contain some of the best players in card form, helping you to create a team that is unbeatable. So without further ado, let’s get into those promos! Promo packs work to how CS:GO case opening sites in 2021 work and each pack you open gives you a small percentage of a chance at getting the best item in the pack or case.

Which FUT promo is next up in FIFA 2022?

One thing is for sure – there’s always another FIFA promo to be looking forward to! The next event is actually based around Euro-themed teams and is Road To The Knockouts.

After That, you can expect two Rulebreakers making an appearance before the end of October and the Halloween special FUT promotion should be hitting around October 22nd, with part 2 in the form of a second team landing October 29th. Quite a few promo packs and special SBC’s should also be part of the event.

After the Halloween season is done and through, FIFA will then be focusing more on the Champions League, with more Road to the Final squads being dropped throughout November.

FIFA 22 Promos + Events

Whilst EA Sports hasn’t officially confirmed a list of events and promos for FIFA 22, they usually stick to a somewhat predictable schedule with each iteration of FIFA that comes out. They base their promos on different seasonal events – such as Christmas and Black Friday – and also the football calendar.

You have your more iconic and well known FUT events that appear every year – such as Road to the Final, Team of the Year, Headliners, Freeze aka Futmas, Future Stars and so much more – all with the exclusive and much sought after special cards.

So here are the expected dates for the promos and events in FIFA 22. Not all of these have been confirmed but we’ve worked out expected start dates from FIFA 21 start dates

The FIFA promo’s we’ve already had

We’ve already had a few promos in the short time FIFA 22 has been out. Lucky players have been able to get their hands on a handful of special squads, which included the first ever Ones To Watch lineup for FIFA 22. This event was a good one, bridging some heavy hitters on the football pitch with it – Lionel Messi, Christiano Ronaldo and even Romelu Lukaku. You also had Grealish and Konate making their appearance.

How has FIFA 22 been doing since its launch

In the three weeks since Fifa officially launched, it’s had a very mixed bag of reviews. Critics and official outlets have sung its praises and commented on the new technologies and physics, helping it to sit at a solid 78%. Other players have been more critical at the launch, with the Metacritic score of the game sitting at only 2.1 out of out for the PlayStation 4 version.
