The Rise of Skywalker just hit theaters, and The Blaze of Skywalker has apparently been hitting Texas.

Police in Garden Ridge, TX pulled over a car without a license plate on Monday, and the car turned out to be owned by 19 year-old Luke Aaron Skywalker Sexton. And in the car was a baggie of marijuana.

Skywalker was arrested and taken to the Comal County Jail, but was released the same day on $2,000 bond.

Via News4SA (San Antonio NBC affiliate):

We are told the officer found a baggie of marijuana inside the car, which Sexton admitted to owning. Police arrested him there but the passenger was allowed to go.

Luke Skywalker was taken to the Comal County Jail, where he was assigned a $2,000 bond. He was then released the same day.

This may also explain why Luke Skywalker went with the green lightsaber in Star Wars.

(Also, to real-life Luke- maybe consider a move to California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, etc.)
