Larsa Pippen is known for three things: being married to Scottie Pippen, being on The Real Housewives of Miami, and dating Michael Jordan’s son Marcus.
This would be a strange pairing even if the two Chicago Bulls superstars weren’t teammates. Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan’s relationship, or lack thereof, has been a sore subject for a long time, but even more so now since this new relationship started.
According to Larsa Pippen, her relationship with Marcus was sort of a surprise to her too.
“I didn’t plan it like that. It wasn’t like it was planned like that, I think we were just together a lot with our friends and it just happened,” she said
Pippen was making an appearance on the Tamron Hall Show when she was asked about their relationship. Hall also asked her what did Scottie think about her dating the younger Jordan.
“I can’t basically explain how someone else feels,” she said. “That’s how Scottie feels. He has a right to the way he feels… I personally don’t really care about how other people…I feel like I live my truth. I’m happy. We [her and Marcus] get along. He’s my best friend.”
Pippen doesn’t seem to care about what other people think about her relationship, but that might change if the pair get serious down the road.
