Auburn Tigers men’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl has never really been shy about sharing his opinions with the world. And he did it again this week when he shared a pretty brutal message for United States President Joe Biden.
In a tweet this week, Bruce Pearl spoke out against Joe Biden for his policies in the Middle East, which he claims “weaken and threaten Israel,” which is an ally to the United States.
“It saddens and disappoints me to watch the Biden administration policies in the Middle East weaken and threaten Israel. Peace through appeasement doesn’t work! Make friends, know your enemies! Thank you Mr Secretary for this accurate summary,” Pearl said in his tweet on Monday morning.
Pearl sent his message as a quite tweet from former United States Secretary of State and CIA Director Mike Pompeo, who published an opinion column criticizing Biden’s policies regarding Israel.
“At almost every turn, the Biden administration has pursued policies that undermine Israel, imperil its security, and empower its enemies here and abroad,” Pompeo said in his original tweet.
Pearl has been the head coach at Auburn since 2014. He was previously fired from the same position with the Tennessee Volunteers due to several NCAA violations.
