Tom Brady doesn’t play on NFL Sundays anymore, but he’s still a presence around sports. Brady is an NFL analyst for FOX and serves as a part of the network’s premier broadcast team.
Brady is also involved in the ownership side of things. He is a member of the Las Vegas Raiders ownership group as well as the English soccer club Birmingham City Football Club’s ownership group.
Being such an important figure in sports, it’s not uncharacteristic for him to be approached by members of the media. However, in a recent call with a reporter, who was speaking with Brady in an official work capacity, the former NFL quarterback got a little forward.
“Morgan, I love your hair,” Brady said, before following up with, “beautiful,” after she thanked him. The reporter blushed, and Brady continued with, “atta girl, where you at?”
Fans reacted to the exchange on social media.
“He is smooth with it. He’s still got game,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“Watching the way Black women respond to white men who compliment their hair vs Black men who compliment their hair is an interesting thing. CIA up 3-0,” someone else added.
“I feel like he’s trying to be like a billionaire playboy so bad,” another fan added.
It’ll be interesting to see if Brady ever enters another high-profile relationship after previosly undergoing a very public divorce.
