There’s no real debate that legendary NFL quarterback Tom Brady is one of the greatest athletes of all time. After all, he did win an unprecedented seven Super Bowl championships during his playing career. But despite his obvious athletic prowess, even the greatest quarterback of all time is not immune to an occasional failure on the golf course.
This week, Tom Brady took part in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and where he got the chance to show off his golf skills alongside PGA Tour pro Keegan Bradley as his partner. But unfortunately for Brady, he went viral for all the wrong reasons after a failed tee shot on Friday afternoon.
Brady’s opening tee at Pebble Tee during Friday’s second round certainly did not go as planned as Brady cold-topped his tee shot and the ball barely rolled off the teeing ground.
Brady took it in stride, however, quickly joking about the shot on social media.
“Driver was off the rack. Turns out they don’t do breakfast balls at Pebble,” Brady said in a post on social media, adding a laughing emoji.
Still, the tee shot led to a lot of reactions on social media.
