There has been a lot of parity in the NFL so far this season with half the teams in the league holding 2-2 records through the first four weeks of the season with a record number of games going down to the wire in the fourth quarter. But according to Tampa Bay Buccaneers star quarterback Tom Brady doesn’t necessarily think that it’s a good thing.
While there are a lot of close games so far this season and a lot of teams with similar records, Brady is unimpressed with what he sees across the league.
“I think there’s a lot of bad football, from what I watch. I’ve watched a lot of bad football,” Brady said, according to Fox News. “A lot of poor quality of football – that’s what I see.”
But Brady also made it clear that his team is included in that statement. The all-time great was asked about the fact that his team has not yet played a complete game, and he agreed.
“I think we feel like we certainly have not played our best football,” Brady said. “That’s very true.”
The Buccaneers will look to avoid a three-game losing streak this weekend when they take on the Atlanta Falcons.
