Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce shocked the world earlier this week when he invited pop icon and rumored girlfriend Taylor Swift to attend a game at Arrowhead Stadium.
“It’s life, baby,” Kelce said during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. “I threw it out there, I threw the ball in her court. I said, ‘I’ve seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead, you might have to come see me rock the stage in Arrowhead, and see which one’s a little more lit.'”
Swift shockingly took up Kelce on the offer and cleared her hectic schedule to attend the Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Fox cameras caught her in Chiefs regalia standing next to Kelce’s mom, Donna, in the family suite.
The Chiefs All-Pro can only hope his performance against the Bears gets the same kind of rave reviews as his pregame outfit:
Swift fans have been quick to call the romance “destiny.”

Kelce grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. He played collegiately with the Cincinnati Bearcats before the Chiefs drafted him with the 63rd overall pick in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
The Chiefs entered the game as 12.5-point favorites over the Bears.
