Social media offers insight previously unknown into the personal lives of professional athletes.
Unfortunately for Greta Griffin, a fitness enthusiast and the wife of former NFL quarterback and current ESPN college football analyst Robert Griffin III, social media also allows “thirsty women” to directly message her husband.
Mrs. Griffin took to TikTok over the weekend to send a clear message to women looking to court her husband. She wants them to know that she runs his social media accounts.
“Thirsty women in my husband’s DM’s not knowing I run his social media,” Mrs. Griffin posted. In the clip, she can be seen mouthing the words to Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi.”
“The joke’s on you,” Griffin noted in the caption with the hashtag of “thirsty.”
Mr. Griffin responded in the comments with a series of cry-laughing emojis. “You’re the best!!!” he said with three exclamation points.
Robert Griffin III was the second overall pick of the 2012 NFL Draft as the first Heisman winner in the history of the Baylor University Bears program. The couple married in 2018 and are currently expecting their third child, a baby girl.
The couple often shares intimate looks into their life as a couple on social media.
