Kayvon Thibodeaux and his incredible gesture to his mother went viral on Monday.
Thibodeaux, the No. 5 overall selection for the New York Giants in the 2023 NFL Draft, revealed he bought his mother a house recently. The former Oregon Ducks star made this revelation on his Twitter account in an incredibly wholesome video.
“It started with a dream, turned it into a goal. Love you mom, you deserve the world!” Thibodeaux tweeted. “Thank you @Giants for believing in me!”
Thibodeaux added a link to a YouTube video, which featured the entire clip.
The Giants star’s video exploded on Twitter. It has racked up nearly 100,000 views on Thibodeaux’s account. The video was repurposed several times over by other Twitter accounts as well.

In his rookie season, Kayvon Thibodeaux jumped on the scene and made a solid impact. He recorded 4.0 sacks, 49 combined tackles, six TFL, and 13 QB hits. He also forced two fumbles, recovered two fumbles, and came away with five passes defended and a touchdown in 14 games played.
