Justin Fields has had it rough this season. Fields and his Chicago Bears have been one of the worst teams in the NFL this season. They picked up their first victory of the season last Thursday in a rout over the Washington Commanders. Fields has shown struggles that can be tied to both his play and poor coaching.

But it’s also true that the former Georgia and Ohio State star has been on fire lately. Fields has been prolific throwing the ball, especially with throwing touchdowns.

Lester A. Wiltfong Jr., the EIC to Windy City Gridiron, posted a fact that has many people talking.

“On Sunday, Bears QB Justin Fields has a chance to be just the 6th player ever to throw 4 TDs in three consecutive games in the same season,” Wiltfong Jr. posted.

If Fields accomplishes this, he will join a cast that includes Dan Marino, Drew Brees, Patrick Mahomes, Peyton Manning, and Russell Wilson, according to Wiltfong. That’s four Pro Football Hall of Famers, one in Mahomes who is almost assured of a spot, and Wilson, even through his struggles the last two years, will probably get some strong consideration.

So, through it all, Fields is still trying to make it happen. For his sake, D.J. Moore shows up in a big way like he did against the Commanders when the star receiver caught three touchdown passes.

The NFL world had plenty to say on the fun fact about Justin Fields.
