There is just one person who is capable of taking the attention away from Taylor Swift at NFL games: Jason Kelce.
While his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is playing in the AFC Championship game against the Ravens on Sunday, Jason made sure to show up and once again show his support.
Not only is Jason sporting the Kansas City colors, but the shirt he’s wearing has his brother’s nickname “Big Yeti” as he posed with fans for photos.
He even had a wardrobe change.
This is just a week after Jason was seen jumping out of a suite while the Chiefs played the Buffalo Bills during their wild-card matchup.
Jason went shirtless and yelled at the top of his lungs, causing a lot of attention at the game. He also participated in the famous tailgates the passionate fans hold before each game. It’s as if he was made for Bills Mafia.
He wanted the full Bills experience and that’s exactly what he got. Well, everyone got the full experience that night.
Despite multiple reports saying he was retiring from the NFL, he has yet to officially announce that decision.
“I don’t think that it would be respectful or accurate to be able to do that right after a game like that,” Jason said recently. “Frustrated, I guess, kind of, at everything that’s happening. But in the future there will be something said, I guess. But I did address the team and pretty much said the same thing I just said to you. I got belief in every single one of you guys. Cherish the moments you have in this league. I think it’s kind of the way it went down. A lot of guys are like, ‘If that is your last game, I feel sorry for you.’ Don’t feel sorry for me.”
And as far as the Yeti nickname, that’s dedicated to Travis’ look. It’s a name they referred to the tight end in college when he had the long hair and beard — and, to be honest, he just had a lot of body hair.
