The Denver Broncos have everything in front of them. Head coach Sean Payton was able to guide rookie quarterback Bo Nix to the playoffs last season, and although the Broncos were outclassed in the wild-card round by the Buffalo Bills, Denver is in a good position to build on last season’s success.
The Broncos took a major step toward securing the future on Monday, according to one prominent league insider.
“The #Broncos and WR Courtland Sutton have reached agreement on four-year, $92 million extension, sources tell The Insiders, in a deal negotiated by Sutton’s agency Milk & Honey Sports.” reported NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
Fans reacted to the extension on social media.
“Much deserved! Broncos are going to be sneaky good this year,” one fan predicted on Twitter.
“Happy for him but idk what Denver is thinking. Barely broken 1k receiving yards 2 out of 7 years playing. I understand they have a qb now but eh doesn’t move the needle. Could be worse,” added someone else.
“Absolutely love this, nothing but a class act for an organization and has only been one of the most consistent and underrated WR1s in the league,” one fan wrote.
It’ll be interesting to see if the Broncos an make a deep run this season. If you believe in the Broncos and the talent on their team, make sure to check out the current NFL betting odds.
