They might be double-digit underdogs, but the Texans are jumping out to a very quick lead in Kansas City today thanks to a few big plays.

They took a 7-0 lead on their first drive, with DeShaun Watson connecting with Kenny Stills on a deep touchdown thanks to what looked like a blown coverage:

Then, after forcing a quick punt, the Texans blocked the kick, scooped, and scored.

It’s still very early and the Chiefs still have Patrick Mahomes, but this is pretty much the worst possible start for Kansas City.
