Monday’s game between the Buffalo Bills and the Tennessee Titans was a decisive victory for the Bills on the back of an impressive offensive performance from star quarterback Josh Allen and company.

It was overall a great day for Bills fans, but many held their breathe when third-year cornerback Dane Jackson went down with an extremely scary-looking injury.

While attempting to tackle Titans receiver Treylon Burks, Jackson was inadvertently hit in the head and neck area by teammate Tremaine Edmunds, and things immediately did not look good for Jackson in the aftermath.

Jackson was ultimately taken out of the game on a stretcher and immediately sent to the hospital following the dangerous hit, but we now have some extremely positive information regarding the severity of his injury on Tuesday.

The team reported on Monday night that Jackson has full movement of his extremities, which is great considering the injury certainly looked like it could have caused some serious spinal cord trauma.

According to NFL insider Mike Garafolo, Jackson was released from the hospital on Monday night after a CT Scan and an x-ray revealed that Jackson had sustained no serious injury.

He was reportedly able to walk out of the hospital under his own power, which is amazing news considering how serious this injury truly could have been.

This injury was the only dark spot on a dominant performance on Monday for Buffalo, so it is certainly encouraging that Jackson seems to be alright.

Jackson has been a big part of Buffalo’s defense thus far this season, and this update on his health should bring a smile to the rest of the Bills locker room as they try and continue their impressive play moving forward.
