There are plenty of weird things that happen every college football Saturday, but seeing a starting kicker ejected for targeting on the first play of the game is particularly out of the norm. That’s what happened to USC Trojans’ starting kicker Parker Lewis Saturday against the Stanford Cardinal, though. Here’s the announcement, followed by a replay of the hit that got Lewis thrown out here:
