Bret Bielema was unhappy about quite a lot Saturday after his Razorbacks were pummeled at home by Alabama, but one of the items at the top of his list was a sketchy holding call from umpire Stan Weihe that negated a would-be Arkansas TD. Bielema drew an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty at the end of that drive after the Hogs kicked a field goal.

Now, the school has been told Weihe won’t be working any more Arkansas games in the future.

“For a lot of reasons we’re probably just better off moving forward,” Bielema said when asked about the holding penalty on Monday. “I can be rest assured, and all Hog fans can, that we’ll never see that official again. That’s been guaranteed to me. That makes my heart and my wife’s heart probably feel a little bit better.”

This is not the first time a Weihe penalty has controversially affected the Razorbacks. In a 2014 game against Texas A&M, Arkansas guard Dan Skipper was called for tripping on a run that would have put Arkansas at the Aggie one yard-line when the Hogs were up 28-14. They ended up losing the game 35-28 in OT. You can see the controversial play below to refresh your memory:
