Monday’s matchup between the New York Knicks and Miami Heat was anything from typical after an unfortunate health scare occurred involving legendary actor and comedian Tracy Morgan.
Morgan, who is a regular at Knicks games as a born and raised New York resident, was unfortunately captured on video vomiting from his courtside seat at Madison Square Garden in the third quarter of the game, which caused around a ten minute delay.

It’s unclear what exactly caused this for Morgan. But he did unfortunately need assistance leaving his seat, which was captured in another video posted on X showing Morgan being assisted into a wheelchair to promptly leave the arena.

The incident led to an outcry of support from a number of personalities on social media. This includes Knicks star Josh Hart, who wished Morgan prayers for his health and safety in his postgame press conference.
“We hope everything is good with Tracy Morgan, avid lifetime Knicks fan, so prayers go out to him and his health and safety,” Hart said.
Morgan is obviously a beloved figure across the country, but particular in New York as a Bronx native for the majority of his life. As Hart outlined, hopefully everything is alright with Morgan and he ends up back at many more Knicks games in better condition for years to come.
