Russell Westbrook threw down one of the top posterizing dunks of the NBA season on Friday night, and Milwaukee Bucks center Thon Maker was the victim.
Westbrook is 6-foot-3, and Maker is 7-foot-1. Keep that in mind when you watch this play:
“The rim is crying!”
That’s a great call from Thunder play-by-play man Brian Davis.
Westbrook also had 40 points on the night, and three of those came on this game-tying shot with 4.7 seconds left:
But the Bucks have a superstar of their own in Giannis Antetokounmpo, and he made this layup for the win (however, the refs missed him stepping out of bounds… kind of a big deal on the game-deciding play):
Looks like the game should’ve gone to OT. pic.twitter.com/r7t3ZOGprZ
