The Los Angeles Lakers are looking into a harassment incident involving Nick Young and Jordan Clarkson reports Baxter Holmes of ESPN.com.

Holmes reports the Lakers are “very seriously” looking into a claim made by Alexis Jones, who said Young and Clarkson harassed her and her mother Sunday night at an intersection in Hollywood. She told ESPN when they pulled beside the duo at an intersection, Clarkson and Young made “vulgar, sexual gestures” at them from their jeep.

“She was super rattled. That’s the truth. It scared her,” Jones said. “We were in a small car, and they were in a big Jeep, and it was a bunch of big dudes. They’re leaning out of the car and making vulgar, sexual gestures. My mom was really shocked. That immediately turned into sobbing.”

Jones snapped a photo and talked about the incident on Instagram.

The irony of the situation is Jones is a co-founder of I AM THAT GIRL, a nonprofit which aims to empower women. She also created the ‘ProtectHer’ program which was made to address sexual abuse in athletics and was apparently talking to the NBA about implementing the program on Friday.

Young subtweeted about the incident, saying the claims were made up. He quickly deleted it.

The Lakers, but not Clarkson and Young, have apologized to Jones. Byron Scott has reportedly talked to both players.
